HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
- Click “ACCOUNT” and then “LOG IN” at the upper right hand corner of the screen.
- Click “Register a New Account”.
- Enter First Name, Last Name, Email Address & Password
- Click “CREATE”.
- Click “View Addresses”.
- Click “Add a New Address”.
- Fill out all the Require Fields and the “Set as Default Address?” checkbox and then click “ADD ADDRESS”.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES BEAUTÉ ACCEPT?
PayPal accepts any major credit card (AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard)
DO YOU NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
No. A PayPal account is not required to make a purchase.
WHERE CAN I ENTER A PROMO CODE?
Promotional codes are entered in Step 2 of the checkout process, after you have entered your payment information.
WHAT IS YOUR CHECKOUT PROCESS?
- Click “CART” at the upper right hand corner and verify your selected items and quantities.
- If there are any changes click “UPDATE CART”. Otherwise click “CHECK OUT” to continue to the Beauté Cosmetics PayPal payment page.
CHOOSE A WAY TO PAY (Step 1 of 2)
- Review your order in “Your order summery”
- If you have a PayPal account and would like to use it for your transaction, select “Pay with my PayPal account”.
- If you don’t have a PayPal account or would like to use a credit card for your transaction, select “Don’t have a PayPal account?” Fill out all the Required Fields and click “Continue”.
- Review your information and click “Continue” to proceed to step 2 of the checkout process.
CODE, SHIPPING & EMAIL OPT-IN (Step 2 of 2)
- In the “Discounts” field, enter your Promo Code and click “APPLY”. You’re cart balance is updated with the applied discount.
- “Shipping method” - At this time, only Standard Shipping is offered.
- Fill the “Keep me updated” checkbox if you would like to receive Beauté emails.
- Click “COMPLETE MY PURCHASE” to proceed. Your order is the processed and completed.
You will receive emails from Beauté confirming your recent order and from PayPal confirming your payment.
WHAT ARE YOUR ORDER PROCESSING TIMES?
Most Beauté orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00PM MST will ship the following business day. Orders placed on non-business days (weekends or holidays) will be processed on the next business day. Orders are processed, shipped and delivered on business days only.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to all Canadian provinces.
Any taxes and duties will not be billed at checkout for US and International customers. Arrangement for payment of duty fees and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer and can be done through a broker/courier service of their choice.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED QUICKER?
When requested, orders can be shipped on an Overnight or 2-Day Service where possible. Shipping rates will apply based on selected courier’s rates (FedEx, UPS, Purolator, etc.). These orders will be processed the same day if received by 12:00PM MST; however we may try to extend this cut-off time whenever possible.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
After your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from Beauté as well as a receipt from PayPal. When your order is fulfilled, you will receive another email with the tracking number linked to the Canada Post website, where you can view delivery status.
Once your order has left Canada:
US customers can also view the status of their order at www.usps.com with the same tracking number. UK customers can also view the status of their order at www.royalmail.com with the same tracking number.
Past Orders are saved and available after logging into the My Account section. Unfortunately, orders placed on our previous website are no longer accessible to view.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PARCEL IS MISSING AFTER TRACKING INDICATES IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED?
If applicable, please try the following tips:
Check with the front desk, security or mail room to see if they accepted the item.
Check your Community Mail Box (if you have one) for the item or the parcel compartment key.
Check around your property to see if the item was left in a safe location.
If the parcel is not found, please notify us by contacting email@example.com. Include your name, order ID and tracking number. We will attempt to locate the parcel for you. If the parcel has been missing for 10 business days after the parcel was expected to arrive, we will then initiate an investigation with Canada Post to locate your parcel.
Note: In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into the Canada Post tracking system before the item is actually delivered. If you cannot locate the item using the tips above, please allow 24 hour for updates or final delivery.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are committed to offering our Customers the finest cosmetic products available. Due to the nature of our products and health concerns, we will only refund items that are damaged/broken as a result of manufacturing or shipment issues. We will at no time refund items whereby the box and/or container of the product have been opened or any amount whatsoever has been used. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase that qualify for refund as noted above for other Beauté products. Refunds must be received back at the office below no later than 45 days from the online order date.
When returning or exchanging any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned/exchanged and listing any items that should be sent in exchange.
Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
If you purchased your item at a store, please understand that each store has its own return policy. We're sorry, but returns or exchanges for purchases made in a Beauté partnered retail location may not be returned or exchanged to Beauté Cosmetics Online.
In the US and Canada, please send your return by UPS, Fed Ex or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.
